Click on the 'Profile' and links on the top right-hand side of every page on Redwud and Go to My account. To register, simply enter your basic information and choose a password, then click on the 'Sign Up' button.

2. What are the advantages of registering with Redwud?

When you register with Redwud, you'll see the newest, latest, and most updated furniture collections and news associated with furniture. At any time, you can unsubscribe from these to receive the latest news and offers.

Other benefits of registering on Redwud include:

  • When you're a Redwud member, you don't have to enter your address every time you order. It is saved in My Account.

  • Using your user email id and password, you can track all your orders in My Account.

  • We will notify you if a promotion ends before the end date on our website.

3. How do I change my account password?

Log in to your account and select the My Profile option under your Account name to change your password. By entering your current password and the new one, you can change your password.

5. What is the meaning of the different tracking status flags?

Currently in transit: Your package is being transported.

Delivered: Your item has been delivered.

Returned to Origin (RTO): Your item has been returned to the Redwud warehouse.
